Jiuxian Mountain is located in the northwest of Dehua County, Quanzhou City. It is located at the junction of Chishui Town, Shangyong Town and Daming Township. The main peak is 1,658 meters above sea level. It is an important tourist attraction in ancient Anhui. In the scenic area, the ancient temples of Lingyan and Yong'an Rocks have undergone repairs, and the incense is prosperous. It is far away from Fujian and Taiwan and Southeast Asia. It is a Deji County-level cultural relics protection unit in Fujian.

In 2014, it was rated as a national 4A tourist attraction. Known as the "first mountain of China's Penglai", it is a tourist attraction that integrates pilgrimage, summer, health and wonder. The annual average temperature is 12 °C, especially in the summer season. The mountains are cool and pleasant, and it is an ideal place for summer vacation. The transportation is very convenient. It takes only ten minutes to drive from Dehua Jiuxianshan Expressway or Dehua Shangyong Expressway to the scenic spot.
